We personalize and ship most items to arrive in 7-10 business days, though some items may take a little longer – depending on the personalization and product. Some customized items like blankets and more in depth items can take up to 21 business day. We will be in contact with you if your order will be beyond that time frame. We ship via major carriers throughout the United States and U.S. territories.
Some oversized items may incur a charge per item. Oversized Items will be marked on the product detail page.

We calculate the appropriate shipping charges based on a number of factors, including time of year and delivery location. Charges are based on the number of addresses items are being sent to.
